Superb service! I had locked myself out of my apartment on one of those days where "nothing seems to go right". After calling around I finally found Harbison Lock and Key who were able to get me back in my home and on about my day! Nicest group of people I've dealt with in a crisis.

The level of incompetence demonstrated by this company is virtually unmatched. They bid a job for me….incorrectly….they caught one major error via a phone conversation. I called to confirm the 4th quote was correct and was suddenly told they had changed their policy that instead of half as a deposit it had suddenly changed to must pay in full. I am not a fan of disparate treatment and told the Brian Harbison this when he reached out to apologize and tried to throw their employee under the bus. Do not recommend….at all….

I have a very complicated cheap lock for a shed. I needed keys for it. I’ve gone to multiple places with no luck since the keys didn’t work. My dad recommended here so I came and got keys made. The 1st time they didn’t work. I came back today and brought the lock and he figured out what the issues was and got the keys I needed and was on my way. I definitely recommend for the service and the price!

This is my go-to place to have extra keys made. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and always know exactly how to make the perfect key. I highly recommend Harbison Lock and Key.
